Join me for an informative workshop on essentials oils for managing stress. I will explain the basics of essential oils and how they can be used. You will be introduced to my favourite and most effective oils that can help alleviate fatigue,anxiety,nausea and low mood– all as a result of high stress levels.
During this workshop you will get to experience the power of essential oils and how quickly they can work as you choose your own oil blend to suit your needs. We will finish with some relaxation using your chosen oils.
